RETURNING A PACKAGE

If you receive a defective product, please contact us through our chatbot within 7 days of receipt and provide proof for return instructions.

For your own protection, we recommend shipping your return with tracking information. Once we have received the item, please allow 10–15 business days for your refund to be processed.

EXCHANGING GOODS

We do not accept size exchanges.

If you would like a different size, please place a new order once your refund for the defective product has been confirmed.
