Q: Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
A: Once your order has been packed and the tracking email has been sent, it’s processed automatically and can no longer be modified or canceled. Please make sure your information is correct before confirming your order.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 3–6 business days and usually delivered within 1–2 weeks depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, VineTerce ships worldwide — whether you’re in Canada, the U.S., or Europe, we deliver your gear Born in the Cold.

Q: Are there any customs fees?
A: For EU countries, no customs fees apply thanks to our IOSS registration. For other regions, please contact us if you’d like confirmation for your country.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Q: What if my item doesn’t fit?
A: VineTerce gear is designed with a relaxed, baggy fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down.
You can also send us your height and weight — our team will help you pick the best size.
